The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time world boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers met for the usual face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
